Monitoring Policy for Members of IIIPI

 

IIIPI in pursuant to clause VIII of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Model Bye Laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations, 2016 read with clause VIII of Bye Laws of IIIPI is required to prepare the Monitoring Policy to monitor the professional activities and conduct of professional members.

Grievance Redressal Policy for IIIPI

 

“The purpose of Grievance Redressal Policy is to establish and provide the procedure for receiving, processing, redressing and disclosing grievances as required under Regulation 21 (1) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Model bye-laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations, 2016 (in short the Model bye-laws).”

Disciplinary Policy of IIIPI

 

“As per Clause 24 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Model Bye-Laws and Governing Board of Insolvency Professional Agencies) Regulations, 2016, the purpose of the Disciplinary Policy of IIIPI is to formulate & codify the procedure to deal with disciplinary matters. The policy will ensure proper conduct on the part of the members of IIIPI and to deal with the cases of violation of the code as well as the rules and regulations framed thereunder. “
